I used to coach wrestling and have actually heard more during matches than in football.
Had a kid wrestling a girl from El Reno one year and she was whipping his a$$. Anyway his Mom stands up and screams "grab her poosie!!" He didn't and got pinned. Even if he would have still gets pinned but maybe it'd have been more fun.

I think we should all put suggestion boxes by the concession stands so all the madden dads and write down those "touchdown plays".
On the box it would say:
"We'd love to see all those touchdown plays you can draw up, although we won't run any of them."

A friend of a friend used to swear that he worked for a guy who, for all five pre-district games one season, would run one "Daddy's Play" a game. As the story went, he randomly selected one "winner" each week of plays suggested by the fans. He said it was great because all five plays were stuffed badly, and the PA announcer always let the crowd know afterwards that was this week's "Daddy's Play," and who the offensive genius who submitted it was.
