Facing odd stack in a couple weeks. Haven't seen one in a while. What do you offensive gurus do against that front? We are a spread team mostly 2x2 and 3x1, will get in some 11 and 20 personnel some.

3x1 is also the best formation to be in against it in my opinion! Especially if the are h3ll bent on keeping 6 in the box!

Anyway, if they don't penetrate I would go with Zone Read (inside and out) If they penetrate gaps, look into bringing in a sniffer for power iso or running traps and bucks

I was gonna go with zone read and speed option. Also play action out of trips. Fake zone, throw OLB read to trips. We run a slant and settle from 1, flag from 2, bubble from 3. Or, Post from 1, inside stick from 2, bubble 3.

inside zone with a minor twist... push vertical with playside tackle and guard, as well as the c and bsg. bst and off rb will double the end to the bslb, now you have them all blocked. tag in a perimeter leverage throw and you have your base run game. Buck sweep with a crack is nice too.

Crack buck is good stuff. my favorite spread buck concept is out of trips. run your back on the inside zone path for the cross buck action and hand it to your #3 receiver. The dive action holds the LBs you can't block and you're out the gate. You can get the same effect vs a stack if you use doubles with a wing away from the play, with the wing getting the ball, now you have your crack playside. A lot depends on how they rotate the secondary. If they want to stay 1 hi (stupid), or if they want to stay 2 hi (smart), will determine which of these I will use. Also if they want to stay 1 hi then I might as well be throwing 4 verts every 2 out of 3 plays anyway.

It's all fine and good if they give you a 5 backside, but nobody does that in a stack. Just like with most defenses the more you bring into the box, the more they'll add to it, so often times 2 back tends to bring a 7th to account for. Your best bet in most cases is to use a true tight end to force them to break their own rules.
