It is a good one, I have used it this past summer and lost 10 lbs. It is difficult at first cutting most carbs from your diet but just like anything it becomes a habit. I have since started the intermittent fasting diet and it has proven effective as well.

How does that work, speed? Can only consume calories during a specific time a day the other hours can only have water. For me I only eat 2 pm - 10 pm, those are the only hours in a day I consume calories... from 10 pm - 2 pm all I do is drink water. Now during that time you can eat whatever best results are if you keep it lean but if you are working out you can eat whatever and still see progress. My wife does from 12 pm - 8 pm... Just depends on your schedule. Then I cheat on weekends.

oh....i don't think i could do that, unless i could add vodka to my water... It's your diet do it as you want. Plus vodka on an empty stomach shouldn't take as much vodka.

Not true Keto just stopped bread, potatoes and rice. Started Aug 6 football season, lost 40 pounds. Cheated a little during Christmas break did not lose or gain.

I keep it under 2,000, I use the APP my fitness pal... put in the goal weight I want and it configures the maximum amount of calories.

I cut bread and rice this summer and dropped 10 pounds in 3 weeks. I'm gonna get back to that soon and try to only eat meat and veggies as often as possible. I also switched to ultra beer when moving this way as I didnt feel like drinking vodka but wanted to cut calories.

I didn't realize this was a serious question...my bad lol. i'm very serious....i would never not be serious on an internet message board... I've been doing it the past 3 years or so. Basically cut out carbs (I still drink beer bc eff that) and eat proteins, fats, fruit/veggies. Eliminate sugars and carbs. So basically don't eat anything processed. You can get the ketones to put in your drink but it's expensive. It's just eating smart.

I didn't realize this was a serious question...my bad lol. it's actually really easy to follow.....i'm allowed 23 grams of carbs a day....so if i do things right all day i can have 3-4 beers at night....or i could just drink vodka and club soda..... you replace your carbs with fat and protein....so i've been eating a shlt ton of bacon, eggs, cheese, beef, chicken wings, macadamia nuts, pizza (without the crust), etc..... i'm supposed to get 143 g of fat and 127 of protein a day....it's hard to hit the fat without going over the protein....that's where the nuts come in... now this is a diet i can get behind. Meat, beer, and sprinkle in a veggie every now and then.

Obviously you want to do it in moderation and not drink a gallon of sweet tea or coke, but you just count the calories as opposed to only eating grilled chicken breasts, etc? Right

Been doing keto and intermitting fasting (eat 12-8pm) and have lost 10lbs in 2 weeks. Cutting the carbs was difficult at first, but don't really miss it now. Replaced the beer with whiskey and diet coke.
