What kind of workout are you doing? I'm doing a ton of treadmill work. Varying the incline and reading masters articles while I'm doing it.

I'm up to 4 days a week, shooting for 5 eventually.
I do a lot of HIIT training. Mainly body weight movements coupled with free weights. If I'm feeling froggy, I'll get to a machine (but I'm not a fan of machines).
I was running but it was bothering my knees and back too much so I've gravitated to elliptical, bike, etc with interval training and of course abs.

I've done that, but I get super bored walking (weird, I know). I like the elliptical machine that doesnt have the arm swings. I try to rock that a few times a week. Like yesterday, 20 minutes going hard burned a little over 300 cal.
Just in time for me to replenish with some Ultra this weekend lol
