They need calling out. I'm hoping sky coach comes up with something to compete with them. Having used sky coach and hudl both, sky coach has superior customer service, IMO. Couldnt get skycoaches shatty system to work.

I have never had a problem with the customer service from hudl, now web electronics, they are shate

what about VAR systems said they are alot like XOS and working on their cloud right now to make it accessible from home for coaches and kids.

what about VAR systems said they are alot like XOS and working on their cloud right now to make it accessible from home for coaches and kids. I think it could be a viable option, IF film is made accessible at home. Otherwise, we are tied to the office and that's a dealbreaker. We'd be going backwards like 10 yrs.

so i'm at a loss here. the more i wrap my head around what is going on with HUDL. what's the big deal? yes, they raised the price. welcome to 2019. i know money is tight for everyone. but, it is what it is. They raised prices $100, $200 and $300 respectfully depending on your package. that's not a massive deal breaker. do you think they didn't take into account how this would impact their customers? if you don't, you're an idiot. these guys running hudl are smart, very smart. they came in and took over an area that nobody was doing anything in. so much so theres still no competition for them. what is their claim? they haven't changed their prices in 10 years? i'm not sure on that. i haven't had to pay the udl bill in the last couple years. we are talking about their product hasn't changed or improved in that time? seriously....every year they roll out updates and changes. i've always had great customer service with them.
as for the storage loss. it will be interesting to see how that plays out. i'm not a computer guy. there has to be a reason behind limiting the storage. at the end of the day. it's got to be money. i've got a buddy that's sold coorporate storage for dell for a long time i need to sit down with him and see what his thoughts are.
yes it was a bad move dropping the price increase and the storage loss at the same time. sometimes we are bad about complaining to complain.

Actually Hudl was a project for a college class and they took off with it.
