For example, yesterday was the 5th day of 'regular' eating. I had a pear fruit cup with cottage cheese for brefass. A cup of warm broth for snack. 3 slices of steak with a lime/cilantro/jalapeƱo drizzle por lonche, and then 1/2 of a cauliflower crust pizza where I added some turkey pepperoni, diced jalapeno, and parmesan cheese with a salad. I also added a little ranch dressing to the salad. I have a few cheats in there. Today and tomorrow are broth only. My wife found Kettle and Fire bone broth that has 19g of protein per container. Each container is 2 servings.

I have a slice of jalapeno cheddar sourdough for breakfast every morning to start my furnace, then a lean cuisine or leftovers of about that size for lunch. Its portion size for me. I usually don't eat a lot of fried food. What you are doing hitcher would be right up my ally. I need more fruit in my diet. I eat a lot of broccoli, asparagus, etc, but need more pears and apples and berries mixed in.

I'm just trying to figure out what I want to eat for my 'real meal' lunch manana. If I can find some near zero carb keto bread it may be a tuna fish sammich with dill relish and Duke's mayo. Or, I may fire up the smoker and smoke some chicken thighs and make a smoked chicken salad....choices...

Well boys, it's day 29 of the diet plan and I'm down 18 pounds in 28 days. Alls I did was change how and what I ate. No extra exercise or cutting of alcohol. Imagine if I would have done both??!!!
I've got 16 thighs on the smoke as I type. We had friggin raging wildfires with 50+ gusts Tuesday and we have snow flurries today. Methinks the Good Lord is a little PO'd at humanity at the present.
Smoked yard bird and broccoli slaw por lonche! ORALE!!!

The yard bird was on point! The broccoli slaw was dang good as a side. One of the guys that eats with us brought some killer beans as well. I think he took some pork and beans and doctored them up with jalapenos, bacon, and sausage. He probably threw in some Rotel as well. I had those for dinner last night! LAWD HAMMERCY

Just ordered some of that broth on amazon. Gonna give this a go the next 2 weeks see if I can sell out to it when I comeback from my cruise.

Do you make the broth or buy it. If so where/what do you buy? I was using store bought beef and chicken broth. Then my wife found the Kettle & Fire bone broth on the interwebz and starting buying that for me. I think she gets it through Thrive as well.

About to doctor up the wings with a combo of seasonings. It's mostly Chupacabra Cluckalicious, but it has some other stuff in their as well. Gonna be a good day, tater!
