Feel like Dive Insert is a Flexbone guy terminology! Lol I'd agree. If you pull on midline it becomes qb iso, but the motion of the playside flex back is inserted to lead on the lb. Its no skin off my butt to call it ISO or Insert. I'm just that dang good I guess. |

Well if I'm coaching offense, I'm inserting the flex back with an isolation block on the LB. If i'm on D, I want that LB to insert into the hole that opens and attack with the appropriate arm to let backside LB make the play. |
