I have 16 chicken thighs on the smoke as I type. Doctored em up with a little olive oil spray and Chupacabra Cluckalicious. Gonna serve that up with some broccoli slaw and avocado ranch dressing. LAWD HAMMERCY

Bone in! I doctor em up the night before. I spray both sides with olive oil Pam and then apply liberal amounts of Chupacabra Cluckalicious to both sides. I smoke em fat side up at 240-250 for 3 hours.

Got 16 thighs on the smoke as I type. I also got 2 different types of tater salad from the local United. Spent about 35 bucks on chicken, tater salad, and cutlery. Gonna feed 8 at the least. Pretty decent spending.

Smoked two pork butts last Monday. Used dijon mustard as a binder and then used liberal amounts of Kansas City pork rub on all sides. I got my drum smoker fired up and smoked em for about 8 hours. Got the internal temp to about 168 and then wrapped em. And I sprayed em every 45 minutes to an hour with equal amounts cran raspberry juice and apple cider vinegar. Let it rest for an hour before I pulled em. They pulled easily with a pair of tongs. CROWD PLEASER!!!

I smoked 3 pork butts on the drum smoker Saturday. dam near 22 pounds worth of pork! Was cooking for a friend who's son had a baby shower. Put the butts on at 5 am. Turned out dam good and every bit of it got eaten.

Said chili is in the smoker as I type. I used 2 pounds of cubed steak and 2 pounds of pork sausage that was shot by a buddy of mine. Used Carroll Shelby's chili mix and beef broth. I also used 2 cans of Rotel Fire Roasted but I use a submersion blender to puree it before I added it in.

Grilled up up some ribeyes and some filets mignon this weekend. Dayamn good!! The Traeger sure is nice and convenient for grillin steaks. The chili I made earlier turned out f-ing fantastic. Crowd pleaser.
