Best meat tenderizer I have used. Tenderize then soak steaks in allegro and a beer for 16-20 hours. Let warm to room temp before grilling and let set for 10 minutes after grilling.

Seasoned meat tenderizer and then let them soak 24 hours in butter
That seems To being out more of the flavor in da meat!
If u like steak house flavored steaks the worcestshire sauce is awesome, If u want them to taste like a giacomo's style steak Italian dressing is the way to go.
I prefer both together

I rub mine down with olive oil (Like Dip does his body in wrestling practice) then throw the Scaffetta meat tenderizer on it. Let it sit on the counter for couple of hours and throw it on the grill.

I typically like just good ol S & P. I went over to a friends house a few weeks ago and he grilled steaks. I don't remember what the marinade was but it was AMAZEBALLS. Almost made me change the way I do steaks.
