I do about 20 minutes of elliptical, 10 min rowing, abs, then 3-4 lifts. Try to do it about 2-3 times a week. I just like feeling the burn throughout the week.
And if I didn't work out, I'd weigh about 500lbs.

I haven't started my workout plan yet. I have a circuit workout that I really liked. Mostly dumbbell and cable stuff with jump rope and abs. 3 rounds of 7-8 exercises. A giant superset. Then rest 2-3 minutes between.

Monday would be Push press, db bench, db fly, incline press, tricep extension, 50 jump rope, kettle bell tricep extension, abs.
Tuesday would be hang clean, lat pull down, low lat pulls, upright row, alt. db bicep curl, 50 jump rope, medicine ball curls, abs.
Wednesday would be racquetball day.
Thursday repeat Monday. Friday repeat Tuesday.

Best way for me to lose weight, besides not drinking beers, is to speed walk on a treadmill with varying degrees of incline!!! My knees aren't as young as they once were.

I hate running. It sucks balls and hurts. I supplement my cardio with the aforementioned and hiking anywhere between 5-10 miles on the weekends.

The incline kills my ankles, I started actually running in the treadmill and elliptical, surprisingly, knees don't hurt with either. Just ankles
