I had a patty melt for dinner last night... only medium fries though. Turns out cutting back on fries can make a difference. Down .23 pounds from yesterday. haha....stud had chicken for dinner last night... of course it was breaded and deep fried.....used the healthy honey mustard sauce instead of gravy though....was down almost .23 pounds, but just took a massive dookie, so it's probably closer to 2 pounds now.... What?? No Memphis??!!

But for reals...I changed my lifestyle back in August. Have fallen off a few times but as long as you eat right..pssstt, it's easy. I cook everything fresh. No processed foods. Can be a pain to meal prep, but it keeps me on track so I don't have to eat the lard in he cafeteria.
Plus cardio/weights 3-4x a week. I don't weigh myself bc numbers are stupid but I can tell I've lost inches and have slimmed. I'm more comfortable in my birthday suit since when I was a drunk youngin in college.

I do something everyday just about, unless I have LATE game nights. Weight days I do 20 min of cardio (Bike or elliptical), abs (300-500), then do 2 lower body lifts and 2 upper body weights. I don't go heavy bc I'm trying to lose inches and tone. Days that I don't do weights, I do 45 minutes of cardio with 300-500 abs.
But eating right as about 75%. Can't shovel chilidogs in mouth and expect to drop weight.

I've been doing a version of the Paleo diet. Basically, if I can hunt it or gather it, I can eat it. I'm staying away from breads, pasta, chips, etc. I ate at In and Out burger last weekend and had the double-double wrapped in lettuce. Pretty dam tasty. (The cheese was a bit of a cheat) Anywho, I feel better and I'm down 9 pounds. If I'll get my cardio cranked up, I'll lose the 20 I wanted to lose before the end of January.
