My 2 year old son makes me smile and laugh daily at the crap he can get into. The other day he got stuck getting out of a chair upside down. He got pissed at his bubble lawn mower and ripped the handle off and chunked it. I got a problem on my hands boys!

Woke up today and the first song that comes on in the truck is Ice Cube's today was a good day... Always a good start when there is no smog and momma cooked a breakfast with no hog.

We grilled up some ribs last night, I went outside to turn the sprinkler off after I finished and my wife said she would get my plate. I came back in and my 18 month old daughter had climbed into my chair and was gnawing on a rib bone that was left on my plate. I guess they were pretty good eats.

I smoked 15 pounds of pork butt this weekend and turned it into pulled pork. We had about 25 young ladies over at the house last night for a school meeting and they destroyed it. Must've been pretty tasty.

Finally coming to peace with the fact that my time at this school has come to a close and I won't be back next year. Have a lot of things cooking so to speak, nothing concrete yet. Talking to another coach yesterday and he said some advice he got 20 something years ago... There are (at that time) 358 school districts in the state of Texas... If you're not happy where you are at, find something else.

Although the vast majority on here seem to think that getting a masters is a waste of time... I'll be starting mine as soon as my wife finishes hers.

I'll be starting mine as soon as my wife finishes hers. depends on what you plan on doing.... if you will just coach and teach, it will take years for it to pay for itself.... if you plan on going into administration, you will obviously need it
