I'm gonna smoke a rack of baby back ribs tonight in hopes that my RED RAIDERS will smoke OU as well!!! What is y'alls go to recipe for ribs. Sound off if you got a pair!!

I don't wrap anymore...Willy's Rub (liberally)...225 degrees (for as long as it takes) usually about 5 hours...sprits with apple juice and apple cider vinegar mix as often as you like....bathe in Sweet Baby Rays BBQ with about an hour to go.

Peanut Oil Lawrys season salt Rub whatever is good Smoke at 275 until i get the color i want wrap with brown sugar, butter, honey, tiger sauce for 1 hour then 1 hour back on unwrapped

I coat the ribs with a light layer of dijon mustard, then liberally apply Willy's DD rub. I usually run the smoker between 235-250 and put em on, unwrapped, for 2-2/2 hours. I also like to use a spritz of apple cider vinegar and apple juice or cranapple) I will then put some squeeze butter and a little more Willy rub and then wrap for an hour and a half. I will then unwrap, put back on smoke, and add some bbq sauce if they wife wants that. 30 minutes to an hour.

I'm gonna use a mango-habanero rub tonight. I got it for Christmas from my kids. I'll also put a light coat of a habanero bbq sauce my bride got me. Should be dayamn good!!!!

Bought 15 lbs boxed at the store for $13.20. Make my own rub with everything in the spice cabinet beginning with brown sugar. Got a new automatic pellet smoker. 225 for 4 hours and 180 smoke setting for another 20 hours. Spritzing and turning occasionally. We’ll see.
