I need to start eating grilled chicken salads for dinner. However, methinks the wife and I will be having cauliflower crust pizza for dinner tonight. I may put some pepperoni's on that bad boy as well. Gots to quit drinkin cold beers. And I needs to just drink on Friday/Saturday. No more friggin Sunday fundays............

My wife makes me chicken and broccoli for the week on Sunday, it's good. Dinner we've been eating soups and I'll lose like 5 pounds in two weeks then do something to mess it up. Getting older messes up my cheat days because it's harder to recover from. Wrestling tournaments make it difficult, those hospitality rooms can get me behind.

I usually do pretty good during the week, for the most part. I need to start doing cardio after practice.

The one year I didn't do wrestling I lifted while the kids were for the most part. Kids thought it was awesome. Just if I know I'm not going to have a weekend it's hard to get in the mindset to lift/cardio/etc.

Oh shoot boy.....Had a really good cauliflower crust frozen pizza tonight. It was a 4 cheese variety and I added turkey pepperoni, red pepper flake, and a little extra mozzarella cheese. Baked it in the convection oven and it was spot on! very thin crust and very crispy. Good proverbial medicine.

That was 8 years ago. I lost 38 pounds in 6 weeks. Not the healthiest thing in the world to do. I ate about 1,000 calories a day if that. I was treadmilling and steam rooming like a mad man. I didn't have a morning bus route, so I had time to treadmill in the am and then again in the pm. I don't want to get up a 4:45 to get a treadmill workout in and then go drive my 6:00 am bus route. I may get a treadmill in after our scrimmage today. I'll be driving the pusher bush and prolly eat some whataburger or chick-fil-a, so I'll need some cardio....

I started at 216 pounds that year and finished at 178 at the final weigh in. I think I finished with a 34 inch waist. I got too dam thin. I feel real good at about 193-195. I'm far from that right now....

I may try a little something during the month of February. I looked up the benefits of bone broth and I also found a 21 day bone broth diet that also includes lean protein and veggies. I may try a version of this for a month. I think I could handle it. Started a new eating plan today. I'm gonna go Paleo style eating for 5 days and then fast for 2. Bone broth is involved the whole time. I had pineapple chunks with cottage cheese for brefass and about to heat up a cup of broth with super greens mixed in. I'll have smoked thighs and roasted broccoli for lunch. Prolly do a grilled chicken breast salad for dinner and maybe a cup of broth before dinner. I'm keeping a spread sheet of what I eat and my starting weight. The plan is to do this 'diet' for at least 21 days. I may just go the entire month of February. I have to drop weight and I need to increase my self-discipline.

Im doing my lo mein and mini egg rolls again today. But tonight is BOGO wings at B Dubs and beer. Then I'm living large coaching at JHigh state in the big house.
