Court CaseJudge rules in favor of the plaintiff (Privates) and grants preliminary injunction. Goes into effect July 1, 2024. Thought?

So really if they get about 70 percent on board with this from 4a schools on down it will happen and that’s the goal I think is these school come to agreeeing to make a change. And it’s not going to be that hard to do.

Public schools have the leverage if they would just unite and get it together. Power in numbers, this ruling is allowing a small percentage rule the majority. Time to take it back

The biggest sticking point if everyone gets on board is funding. Ultimately the legislature could shut it down. And in our state they've shown who they support.

The biggest sticking point if everyone gets on board is funding. Ultimately the legislature could shut it down. And in our state they've shown who they support. They (legislators)could get involved but I don’t think it will be as simple as that. They would set a precedent of controlling high school sports, and I don’t thinks they would want to go down that road.

Current legislators absolutely, 100%, want to control high school sports in this state. And most probably never played. Most of them just have kids playing for the "Christian" schools. Which is another story in itself...
