Wanna guess which party had the only ones in attendance, even though invitations were openly extended to Gov. Mary Fallin, House Speaker Jeff Hickman and the 70 other members of his Republican Caucus, and to Senate President Pro Tempore Brian Bingman and the 38 other members of his Republican Caucus. then fund the schools first and stop giving away free money 4th graders dont vote but their parents do

my state rep was at that meeting. he's the guy taking a drink out of his cup. good dude.
by none of the R's showing up just goes to prove that they DO NOT care about this budget hole. and yet people in this state continue to vote them in.

I think they are supposed to fund education first, if not by law, by promise. Men not worth their word are not men that should be leaders.

I think they are supposed to fund education first, if not by law, by promise. Men not worth their word are not men that should be leaders. We may disagree on some political viewpoints, but I can certainly agree with you that the state of Oklahoma needs a change.

In 2003 they passed a statute that says schools will know their budgets by April 1st of each year. They have met their own law one time since then.
