Stupid! It's all about those guys drawing attention to themselves plain and simple. It would be interesting to see what they would do if, when they did it, no one paid any attention and didn't shove 400 microphones in their faces! They are getting exactly what they want.

Couple of things and I was honored to serve in the United States Army. I find it disgusting personally. I would slap the shat out of my son if he ever did that. I think they are choosing the wrong thing to make that statement. However, he and the others have that right, many people have fought and died to give people the freedoms we enjoy, even protesting against our own country. It is not up to me or anyone else to tell someone how they can protest and voice their displeasure for whatever reasons they are.

I think if they REALLY wanted to make a difference there are better ways. How about using just a fraction of the millions you make and create a foundation to raise awareness to bring attention to these matters in a positive way? Or, ban together and write your legislators to try and get something done about it?? Just some thoughts...

i'm disgusted by it.
i think the NFL should bear the brunt of the criticism for allowing it to happen. this display should fall under the player code of conduct. if the NFL is going to disallow the Cowboys the opportunity to display helmet stickers honoring fallen police officers or fine a player for wearing cleats that honor the victims of 9/11, they should also step in on this issue as well.
i think the hockey coach for team USA said it best..........."if you're going to sit during the anthem, you're going to sit during the game as well."
there most definitely other avenues to voice your displeasure.

#1. perfect blitz50. I was honored to serve in the US Army Reserve as well. They might have a right, but they have a responsibility to pay forward all the blessings that are bestowed upon them as well. Everyone knows their rights, but fails to grasp their responsibilities.
#2. Anything said by Col. West I take with a giant amount of salt. And I think the world Islam is the Red Scare of our age. Or the word witch to the 1600s. I have a better chance of being killed by a different kind of fanatic from my own country. Not saying their aren't bad actors, but I got a better chance of being struck by lightning than having a Muslim kill me.

Like I have heard many a time. That stuff aint lined with gold. He is a grown man, and has made his own decision. I find it funny how some will say that people are responsible for their own actions so don't help them or don't feel sorry for them, then say Kap was swayed by the evil clutches of a woman. BS.

He can go teck himself as far as I care. He is a wanna be You know the kind the guy in the stands deep throating a hot dog while telling coach tho run that touchdown play again.
