I don't know about X's and O's books but if you want to feel rejuvenated and focus on teamwork, I recommend Teammates Matter and The Energy Bus.

Currently reading Geronimo: Leadership Strategies of an American Warrior by Mike Leach. It's pretty good. I liked Swing Your Sword by Leach better though.

Currently reading Geronimo: Leadership Strategies of an American Warrior by Mike Leach. It's pretty good. I liked Swing Your Sword by Leach better though. No, Mike Leach didn't write "Swing your Sword" - I wrote "Swing your Sword".....it's about me and your mom.

Swing your Sword is a dam good book. The one by Leach, not Duels....... Dungy's first book was awesome. Bootlegger's Boy was good. Read it a long time ago. (Switzer) I have a book by Gruden as well. It was a good read. Do you love Football? is the title.

Above the Line is very good. Also, Muck City by Bryan Mealer - great insight into impoverished towns in Florida and high school football there. Must Win by Drew Jubera - really good look at high school football powerhouse Valdosta, Georgia. Don't Put Me In Coach - hillarious book about a college basketball walk-on at Ohio State. Before We Go by Dan John - awesome book on strength and conditioning and assessing athletes before starting them on a workout program.

Bootlegger's Boy was very entertaining. Bobby Bowden has a really good book that I remember reading like 15-20 years ago too - can't remember the name, but it really turned me on to our profession back in the day.
