I had to let my gut get bigger to make my d!ck look smaller. Whipping that hog out in front of a female would put the fear of God in some of them. Which did happen.

I'm about 15-20 pounds overweight. I can still fling it pretty good. But I gave up running for biking.

I've been doing the muscle fitness "ROCK hard challenge 2017" workout, just with lots of curls added and a mile or half mile of cardio each time. Counting cardio, it only takes like 50-64 min, take it out and it's like 40 min long, and it's only 3 days a week. Lost an inch and a half since feb 28th. Also haven't had a coke since that day too.
