Changing it back to how it used to be? That isnt change...thats going back to how it used to be... Change Verb1. to replace with another. 2. to make or become different.

Because we were told they were not going to touch 6A. We had coaches and AD's they went out on their own and undermined what was trying to be accomplished.

There were alot of great ideas sent out...and we went back "to how it used to be"... Which is what a lot of lower class coaches wanted, because of scheduling conflicts.

That's easy for everyone to say... until it's time to play them. Got beat by them two years in a row in the second round. Been there, done that. As long as they're grouped in with the public schools, not much we can do other than find a way to win. I feel your pain. Totally agree. But in my experiences, coaches tend to talk a lot until it is time to play them... Then their tune changes.

And understand to touch and mess with 4A up, you are going to have to be completely united. However, I honestly do not see any problems with those classes or what you would do to those classes to make it any better. Most of our issues revolve around the smaller classifications.

3A, 2A, and A can't continue with the goofy 7-team districts. It is a scheduling nightmare.

3A, 2A, and A can't continue with the goofy 7-team districts. It is a scheduling nightmare. It's not if the same 7 team districts for each class are in the same area of the state. Example: all the ne districts would have 7 teams. Then everyone up in that area could have weeks 1-4 non district And again, there is zero week now

I'm inclined to think that most of Class A and 2A will vote no on this proposal.

I'm inclined to think that most of Class A and 2A will vote no on this proposal. Not from those we have representing at the OFBCA.

It hasn't been a scheduling nightmare since week 0 was added. Email made a good point.

The problem with anytime we talk about reclassification is that we all look out for ourselves. I am just as guilty at looking at how does it effect me. That is the problem we have and the reason we don't show a united front. Instead of looking at it as what is best for our sport in this state, we look at it as how does it effect me now. We will never accomplish anything with the OSSAA as long as we continue with this attitude. Truer words were never posted.

Just speaking from my experience, the 0 week made everything easier and the bye later on was great for getting healthy. Wouldn't want to lose the 0.

I'm inclined to think that most of Class A and 2A will vote no on this proposal. If this doesn't pass, don't expect to get any help/change from the OSSAA for years to come.
